I help you discern what is worth doing, and give it form.
The world is more confusing, more demanding, and more open than before. Which makes it both harder and more important to know what is actually worth doing, or not.
Sometimes the difficulty comes from outside. The horizon has shifted, or a previous goal no longer fits the moment. Sometimes it's internal: who we are no longer feels adequate to what we're trying to do. Often it's both at once, and we're not sure which is which. Is it the goal? Is it the world? Or is it us?
This is where I come in. Are you:
a founder struggling to find the spine of an emerging venture
an expert practitioner at a hinge point in your professional evolution
an original thinker looking to structure your vision in relatable language
a steward whose field, org or community seems to be losing coherence
I help you discern what is worth doing, find the words for it, and give it form.
How I work
Light Touch
Unblock
One to three short sessions.
Something feels stuck or tangled, but you’re not certain what is exactly. Together, we find the knot, work through it, and loosen it. You leave with a sense of ease, clarity, and a concrete action list.
Perspective taking · presentation prep · leadership challenge
Focused
Articulate
Ten to fifteen hours over a few weeks.
You have an idea, but it’s half-formed. People don’t get it. I listen, mirror back, and crystallise it in sharp written language. After a few iterations, you have a clean white paper or a framework.

In Depth
Accompany
Open-ended.
You have a project with existential weight: a book, a new venture, a major transformation. I hold both you and your vision through the entire arc. At the end, the project is done, and you’ve grown with it.
Co-writing · process stewardship · leadership support
In every engagement, I work on two things at once: the project in front of you, and the person you need to become to see it through.
I work with a small number of people at a time, in line with My Principles. My services are priced according to depth, duration, alignment and resources available. If you sense a strong alignment, write to me. We will find the right shape for it.
What about groups?
I've designed and facilitated numerous strategy days, culture retreats, and intercultural workshops for teams, organisations and communities.
The question and approach remains the same: how does this group want to evolve, and who does it need to become?
Depending on your goal or challenge, I might actually suggest engaging with the people around you.
Can you give examples of your work?
Of course. The projects listed below give a sense of my range, focus and experience. For more depth, you can read more about My Practice, browse through My Writing, check out my Project History, or see what I'm working on now.
