Over the years, I have been fortunate to work with a range of cutting-edge organisations to design and deliver new products and services.

In 2011, I founded Marco Polo Project, a Melbourne-based organisation that exists to inspire and create new ways of bringing cultures together.

In 2012-2013, I contributed a regular column to Danwei Media – precursor to SupChina – sharing voices from the Chinese blogosphere.

In 2014, I worked with the Melbourne Writers Festival and the Beijing Bookworm as co-director of the Marco Polo Festival of digital literature.

In 2015, I joined the founding team of the China Australia Millennial Project (CAMP) to lead recruitment and summit operations.

Since 2016, I have worked as editor-in-chief with the Global Challenges Foundation, orchestrating new global narratives for a global shape-maker community creating new models of global governance to address global catastrophic risk.
