I design and deliver transformative learning experiences that result in deeper trust and connection, creative insights, and greater capacity to collaborate. For this, I combine elements of human-centred design, liberating structures, stoytelling, Qi Gong exercises and reflective frameworks inspired by Ignatian Spirituality - balancing mind, body and emotions.
